Good Evening friends…

How’s the night treating you?? Things are quiet here…finally. The girls are in bed and Jason’s doing homework so things have settled down tremendously in the last 30 minutes.

Dinner ended up being take out. Jason has been dying for chinese for a while now and the last time we had it was over Christmas weekend so I finally gave in on the condition that we get Pei Wei. So that’s what we did!

I ordered my favorite – the spicy Pad Thai with tofu and vegetables. It is super tasty and fairly healthy as far as take out goes. I also had 2 vegetable spring rolls with spicy thai dipping sauce.

After dinner Linsey begged me to try our last Coconut Bliss. I wasn’t really in the mood for ice cream so I made her and Regan each a small bowl and I had a few bites of theirs instead of making myself my own bowl.

The last and final flavor from Larry & Luna’s was the Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge. If you remember I was saving this flavor for the very last review because I was looking forward to it that much. So here goes…

My Review – The Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge Coconut Bliss was EVERYTHING I had hoped it would be. Granted, I only had about 3 bites, but in those 3 bites I tasted rich chocolate fudge and lots of hazelnut chunks. It was the perfect, rich combination I was waiting for. It did not disappoint me and that is really all I can say. It was perfect!

Linsey’s Review- This is my second favorite flavor after the Mint Galactica. It was super chocolaty and filled with nuts. I loved it!
