Hey Guys! I’m so glad the work day is over. I had a great day, but being home always feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. We’re still down one car so Regan and I walked home again. I actually love it, but certain days only having one car can be difficult and Tuesday is one of those days. I got everything worked out with getting Linsey to and from dance so that’s a huge relief.
I got up this morning and had a great 30 minute cardio work out. I tried out a DVD I’ve had for awhile, but hadn’t opened and am soooo glad I did!
The Biggest Loser Cardio Max Review
Loved:
- I can customize the workout to be exactly what I want.
- Real people are huffing and puffing it out with me.
- The trainers talk to the camera like I’m actually there with them; NOT just explaining the moves.
- I was sweating by the time the workout was over.
- The moves aren’t so complex that I got confused the first time I used the DVD.
- The moves were complex enough that I felt like I got in a good full body workout.
- Bob is super cute to look at while I’m working out.
Didn’t Love:
- I didn’t know until I was already into the workout that I needed (or had the option) to use weights.
All in all I would say this video is fantastic. Jason watched a little bit of it while getting ready for school and he wants to do this one as well as the 30 Day Shred simply because there are guys in the group working out and they all look like “normal” people and not trainers getting paid to workout in front of a camera for 30 minutes. We’re going to work this video into our 30 Day Challenge for sure.
Breakfast was yummy…as usual.
I ate another bowl of the Sunday oats with Amazing Meal (cause that’s how I cooked it) and think that the combo is growing on me.
I added 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk (which I like so much better than soy milk) 1 tbsp pumpkin butter, 1 (large) tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp dried cherries and 1/2 large banana sliced on top. Pretty much my usual combo… Maybe it tastes better with a mug of hazelnut coffee and these two starting at my from across the table.
They wanted me to make sure and tell you that they were dining on Van’s waffles and bananas.
Jason came home after his early morning class to pick us up and take us where we needed to go. We dropped Linsey off at her school and then he took Regan and I to ours then he went back to school. Lots of driving…
Lunch was something a little different today – but just a little!
I took half of a TJ’s pita and stuffed it with the TJ’s spicy hummus, fresh spinach, fresh buffalo mozzarella and two Morningstar Farm’s chik’n tenders and called it a sandwich. It sure tasted like a sandwich. I will definitely eat this again!! I also had a pear. I’m almost out of them – what will be my next fruit obsession??
Jason showed up, after getting his truck all legalized, with my house key (that he accidentally stole from me) and brought me a surprise. I love this kind of surprise!!
Talk about the perfect afternoon pick me up!!!
Regan’s eating her snack and I’m eating mine while we watch The Wonder Pets. Gotta love afternoon television with a 2 year old!!!
I’ve got some thoughts going round inside my head, but I’m not ready to bring them out int he blog yet. Mostly because I don’t want to jeapordize anything that I’m planning for the future, but also because I don’t have the exact plans yet and really hate to say things and then have to back track later if it changes.
Just know that I’ve got thoughts that I’m kicking around, but that it’s ok and I’m totally happy with ALL the thoughts and either way it will end up being a good thing.
Do you kick ideas around in your head until you come up with your plan?? Do you talk it out with someone else?? Do you do both?? What are pondering right now??
Later Taters…
