Evening folks!

I’m kind of feeling like a blah blogger today. I got up this morning (after hitting the snooze until 6:00) and did my shred work out in the living room. That always makes me feel so awake in the mornings, but this morning was cold and dreary. Waking up was gonna be hard. I took a few pictures of breakfast…

At work I ate my entire lunch before realizing I didn’t snap one single photo. It was a yummy lunch though…leftover roasted brussel sprouts, baked beans and coconut encrusted tofu!! I was also FORCE FED 2 oreos by a co-worker!!

Once we got home the girls and I had snacks before Jason came home from work. I ate half of a think Thin bar.

This bar was perfect! It was chocolaty, chewy and filling. It was EXACTLY what a snack bar should be. NO QUESTION!

I did some house cleaning…sweeping, laundry and took out the trash & recyclables. Then I got busy with dinner. I swear I’m Italian. I LOVE PASTA! I made a thick and chunky sauce with onions, garlic, Newman’s Own tomato & basil jarred sauce and some soy crumbles all over whole wheat thin spaghetti.

We also had sweet corn and “homemade” garlic bread.

This rainy cold weather is getting to me so I’m calling it a night. I think we are going to veg out on the couch until the girls go to bed, but in case you were busy NOT reading blogs this weekend – here’s what you missed…
